Child and Youth Participation Award
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been successful in our application to win a Child and Youth participation award through Túsla for 2024-2026.
We worked really hard from November 2023 – April 2024 over the last few months to change the culture of child participation throughout the service. We collected our award in November 2024 where Doireann, Amy and 3 children from our Senior Preschool made the trip to Dublin to collect our award in person.
Amber Flag Programme
We took part in the Amber Flag Programme for 2023-2024 and achieved our flag which is proudly flying outside our creche.
The Amber Flag Programme works to promote positive mental health and well-being in communities through shared participation, knowledge, and empowerment.
